I come from a family of musicians and music enthusiasts. By the age of 6 I was gigging professionally with my father as a DJ and Sound Engineer. Naturally, I gravitated toward music and as I spent more time in church under the tutelage of my grandmother I learned about music ministry.

I always had a voice and could sing but I gravitated more toward supporting roles: running sound, singing background, teaching music, and helping out where I could. I always wanted to be the person holding up "the person".
