In the book of Acts, we meet Barnabas—an incredible example of a Christian mentor. When no one else trusted Paul after his conversion, Barnabas believed in him, encouraged him, and prepared him for ministry. Over time, Paul’s influence grew so much that by Acts 13:13, their names were no longer listed as “Barnabas and Paul,” but rather “Paul and Barnabas.” Barnabas played a crucial role in mentoring Paul to go further than he did.
Some of us are called to be like Barnabas—to invest in others, to strengthen them in their calling, and to guide them toward growth in ministry. Just as others have helped us in different seasons of our lives, we have the privilege of doing the same. Through encouragement, teaching, and equipping, we can help the next generation of leaders stand firm in their purpose.
If you’re a new worship leader without formal training, or even a seasoned leader who needs a fresh perspective—I can help.
• How do you teach a choir?
• How do you lead a praise team, and what’s the difference?
• How do you structure a setlist effectively?
• What steps can you take to grow personally and spiritually as a worship leader?
The Barnabas Project is about coaching, equipping, and encouraging members of the music ministry community to be deeply rooted in their purpose. I can help you refine your vocal technique and expression, teach you how to learn and teach music effectively, and show you how to bring the best out of your band, choir, or praise team.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. You don’t have to lead on the fly.
It’s time to step into your calling with confidence.
